Our plastics manufacturing facility is staffed by a team of experienced and dedicated operators. We have a full range of the latest ancillary equipment to ensure best industry practices and efficiencies are used – these include dehumidifier material drying systems, stainless lined batch mixers, mould coolers/heaters, and low/high speed granulators. We take great pride in our carefully controlled preventative maintenance system for all our production equipment and factory services, (including electrical, compressed air, and water cooling systems) which guarantee on time delivery to our customers.

Plastic injection moulding: machines ranging from 15 to 400 tonne (150 to 4000 KN) clamping force.

Shot Capacity: up to two litres.

Insert moulding: allows for other components (e.g. metal parts, moulded cables and encapsulated circuit boards) to be completely integrated into the plastic moulded part.

Over moulding: which uses different component materials and integrates them into a single part, much like what you might see on a toothbrush, where a soft elastomer material is moulded onto a rigid handle.
